Cat’s Corner takes place at the Ukrainian Hall, SF starting August 30, 2017 and continuing through December 2017.

Dance classes and party will all take place on the single main floor at the hall, with the modified schedule detailed above. Elective and Intermediate/Advanced classes will be on hold while we are at this venue.
The Ukrainian American Hall is friendly venue with a spacious main dance floor, great stage and acoustics for live music, and will feature a cocktail bar run by our in-house bartenders Jeff Kroll, Grant Fukui and friends. The venue has hosted several Swing or Nothing workshops and Blue Moon Ball dance swing dance parties on Saturdays, as well as the Rise Up and Swing Out fundraiser dance party.
Background on the change:
Our August 2017 trial run at Swedish American Hall has been a great success, and the venue is pleased with our party. Unfortunately, too many of the Wednesdays in September and October have been pre-booked with other events at Swedish American Hall, so it is not possible to hold our party there in the short term. We are currently working on returning to Swedish American Hall on a more permanent basis starting in January 2018, and we are also continuing to evaluate other exciting venue possibilities in case that does not work out.
